Adrienne Savage

Adrienne has over 15 years of professional experience with five years in corporate paralegal work.  Prior to joining Paradigm Counsel LLP, Adrienne worked at Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati and DLA Piper US LLP as a corporate paralegal.  Adrienne also worked as the Operations Manager for Trumpet Behavioral Health where she managed Human Resources, client contracts, scheduling, payroll, billing and client relations.  More recently, Adrienne has performed business formation services for startups and nonprofits, such as formation matters, business plan development, budget preparation, licensing/permitting, fundraising, social media marketing and website design.

As a paralegal, Adrienne focuses on the formation and venture financing of privately-held companies at all stages of development, regulatory process and reporting, due diligence, corporate governance, stock and option plan administration, securities compliances, securities filings, and capitalization analyses and securities audits.

Adrienne received her B.A. in English at Humboldt State University, with a minor in Spanish.  She graduated with her M.A. in English Literature from Humboldt State University in 2013, magna cum laude.

Adrienne served on the Board of Directors of Redwood Women’s Foundation in 2019 and 2020.  In her spare time, Adrienne enjoys spending time with family, cooking, collecting agates, hiking and writing.
