Ashley has over 17 years of legal support experience with over six years in corporate paralegal work.
Prior to joining Paradigm Counsel LLP, Ashley worked at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe as a corporate paralegal focusing on the formation and venture financing of emerging growth companies and was a legal secretary for the corporate group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, including the landmark underwriters case, In re Worldcom.
Ashley focuses on privately-held companies at all stages of development, interspecies mergers and conversions, regulatory process and reporting, due diligence, corporate maintenance, corporate governance, foreign and domestic corporate compliances, stock administration, legal analysis and research, financings, asset sales and corporate spin-offs.
Ashley received her B.A. in International Relations at University of California at Davis with a minor in Japanese and speaks fluent Mandarin.
In her spare time, Ashley enjoys spending time with family, playing volleyball, training for half marathons, helping the community and traveling.
