Helen has over 30 years of customer service and administration support experience. Prior to joining Paradigm Counsel LLP, Helen worked as a Scheduling Coordinator at a dental office, where she managed scheduling, billing, month end reporting and patient relations. Helen’s previous experience includes twenty-one years working for International Baccalaureate (IB) a global leader in international education. Helen managed a Coordinator Help Desk, the first point of contact for all schools and colleges throughout the world. She was fortunate enough to travel to Chicago, San Francisco, Istanbul, Singapore and Marrakech while working for IB. Prior to that, Helen worked at semi-conductor plant as a Finance Secretary and Document Control Administrator.
Helen moved to California from Wales, UK in September 2016. In her spare time, Helen enjoys spending time with family, friends, traveling, eating, walking (to burn off the calories from eating!!) and bike riding.
