Rebecca Harrington

Rebecca Harrington has over 4 years of legal experience representing clients through all stages of the corporate lifecycle. Prior to joining Paradigm Counsel, Rebecca was a corporate associate at Goodwin Procter LLP and Inventus Law, PC. Prior to attending law school, Rebecca was a corporate paralegal for Cooley LLP.

Rebecca's practice focuses on advising and representing private companies on a variety of matters, including entity formation, debt and equity financings, corporate governance and securities compliance. Rebecca earned her B.A. degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Dartmouth College and her J.D. degree from Boston University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in California. In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys hiking, playing board games and watching movies.
